SmartGen.AI does not provide financial, investment, or legal advice. Our auditing tools are supplementary and should not replace professional security audits for contracts handling significant value.

5. Subscription and Payments

Paid features are available through subscription plans. Payments are processed via Stripe (fiat) or direct crypto transfers. Subscription terms, refund policies, and usage limits are specified on our pricing page.

6. Intellectual Property

Smart contracts you generate through the platform belong to you. The platform itself, including its codebase, AI models, templates, and design, is the intellectual property of SmartGen.AI.

7. Limitation of Liability

SmartGen.AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of generated or audited smart contracts.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in malicious activity, or abuse platform resources.
